Every year, I try to make a new Christmas or Winter Scene board. I worked for weeks last year only to loose everything in a computer crash(lost all Halloween also). So, I am playing a whole new ball game this year. Everything RTR and TrueSpace is on an external hard drive with daily backup.
I did repaint last years Christmas Train
But I wanted something more whimsical this year so I have repainted an engine, tender, passenger car, and caboose from IH.

If you intend to use it in IH all you need are the replacement dds files, just back up the originals first

The rest will come for rtr when I have a ninute.

Thnx Neil! I found that I like to make railroads with curves & mountains, so I build some smaller boards & update my skills in making environment in IH. I built a lot of large railroads, but my Gaming PC is getting old "12 years", so I have too be careful. There are no spareparts

Textures are from Neil Young.
The dds textures were placed in a directory I named Neil_a. All the x files were changed to reflect the Neil_a directory for the textures.
I tried to make this model for RTR and not Iron Horses.
