Good morning Train
let me try and answer some of your questions first of all Turntable Bridge, the turntable bridge is not animated neither is the the turntable pit, I think its rotated by use of a control switch which I believe that Brain bombers
have hidden in the programme so users have no access to it
If you want to build a new turn table , then it just the same as any other model, what I would suggest is that you import a turntable bridge x file in to a modelling programme, just to get the scale and size then modify that x file to the design you want
There was a guy called Tez that was a member of LVD who made a couple of new turntable bridges, or should I say modified , I can send you them I you so desire
Building Steam trains for RTR
I can build steam trains for RTR, I believe you use the same method as me, build the body then merge it to a existing animated wheel set
I have tried for years to learn a method of creating train wheel animation regardless of which modelling program is used, as long as we learn the process , we must dispel the this so called black art of animation and bring it into the light, so everybody can share the rewards, at the moment dad3353 is showing me how to create animation for RTR.
I am 100% committed to learn this process, it can only be beneficial to all members of the RTR community
Kindest Regards Jnr
