I don't know if I understood correctly that you are looking for the x. file that is associated with the turnouttex.dds texture?
If so, according to XLI Checker5, the turnouttex.dds texture is used by the turnout-l.x and turnout_r.x files

Hi Boots and Starfighter
What I have found is there are 5 x files with this file path listed, these are tt_bridge, tt_pit, tt_pit2 turnout_r and turnout_l
In a normal x file you can find the texture by following the texture file path ie c\\rtr\\scenes\\Jnr so in this case you would go to C (which is the hard drive the program is in RTR which is the name of the program SCENES is the name of the folder and JNR which is the name of the subfolder which the texture is stored
If you follow the file path "C:\\Programme\\AC3D 6.0\\models\\Scenes\\001haz\\turnouttex.dds" in the same way as above there is no location called program, AC3D 6.0 or models within the game.
This could be a hidden file within RTR that a normal user does not have access to
Kindest regards Jnr

Jnr, I have found the same path in many of the original models of BB. Some I've changed to "C:\\RTR\\Scenes\\etc", when I have changed texture. With good result. I think the path is from when it was built, before RTR was finished for sale. But it can also be a hidden file. - Boots127

Hi Boots I have tried your turnout textures they work just fine but one of the textures was slightly misaligned but not to worry I have corrected it and now it's absolutely perfect. I broke the components down into several layers and then reassembled them I have got some more track textures if you would like to have them. Now I know what to do it should be plain sailing to make other turnouts match various track textures If I get a chance tomorrow I will put a package together and send it off to you
Kindest Regards Jnr

I use this texture for my swedish layouts. Made it 2013, it's very alike mordern rails i Sweden. Maybe not dirty enough. But it's just to make a new layer with a dirt colour & change the opacity with a right click. -Boots127

Hi Boots This is another one of RTR's bugs - can't insert multiple track models with different textures! The texture with concrete sleepers in the picture is suitable for high-speed tracks and main railway corridors. On the old local lines, the sleepers are wooden. However, in RTR it is only possible to choose one model with one texture...

They also built a lot of dubble trax on most main lines & local lines for better traffic (more trains) with passengers. Cargotrains use the same lines. All new passenger trains on main lines have a speed of 200km/h or more since 1995. So I use it for all trax on my swedish layouts. The X40 train below, from frensh Alstom traffic my city to Stockholm, Gothenburg & Oslo with an average speed of 200km/h since 2005. - Boots127

At the pace of construction, I assume that trains in the Czech Republic will run at a speed of 200 km/h and even higher maybe in year 2050! STARFIGHTER

OK! Sweden is a long country about 2500km, so it takes more time to travel. If I go by train to the north it takes about 12h with a night train in a sleeper wagon.
Before me & my friends went to the mountains by train on a friday evening. In the morning, we entered our hotel & were in the skilift at 9:30, 2 days of alpine skiing. Then back again by train at sunday night. Home in monday morning, just a "skiweekend". -Boots127
